TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use (“TOU”) form a legal agreement between you and Wellmon SIA (“Company”), regarding the use of Cyberfort Chat (the “Application”). The Company's registered office is in Latvia. You can reach us via email at i.voronin@wellmonsia.com. Your use of the Application is conditioned on your compliance and acceptance of these terms.

2. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify the TOU, at any moment, without notice. The updated version of the TOU will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Application constitutes your agreement to be bound by any such alterations to the TOU.

3. Use of Application

The Application is made available to you for personal and non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to use the Application in any unlawful manner, for any illegal purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with the TOU.

4. Privacy Policy

The Company only collects anonymous usage information to keep our services running healthily. More detailed information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

The content of the Application including but not limited to text, graphics, logo, and software is the property of the Company and is protected by Latvian and international copyright laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Company be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, or any loss of use, data, business, or profits, whether in an action in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising out of or in any way connected with the use of this Application.
